Refund Policy
Returns:
Customers have the right to return any product purchased from Mister Anime within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will nullify the return.
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at toan@misteranime.com. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the return shipping costs for the defective or damaged item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
